What to expect if I am your wedding photographer...

Step 1: Initial Inquire

Upon Initial inquire, you will receive my Client Investment Guide ( You're on this Step!!)

Within the guide you will get to know a little bit about me and the Experience of being a BGP couple as well as helpful examples, Investment Cost, and FAQ. 

After reading through this guide, the next step is to book a consultation with me (over the phone or in person) to discuss your needs, get to know each other, and chat about which collection is right for you.

Step 2: Consultation Meeting

If you are ready or potentially ready to book, the next step is a Consultation Meeting.

Within the meeting we will get to know each other better and I will have you tell me ALL about your perfect day. I am here for all the DEETS!

We will go through a questionnaire that will allow me to gather some information to ensure your experience goes absolutely perfect! 

Step 3: Let's Make it Official!

If we’re a good fit and you’d like to move forward, I’ll send you a customized contract and invoice to make our partnership official. Once you submit it, your date is secured on my calendar and you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing you just found your dream wedding photographer!

Step 4: Get Prepped

During the weeks and months leading up to your weddings, I’ll act as a personal guide, offering vendor recommendations, tips and tricks, and more. If you choose a collection with an engagement session or bridal session, we’ll schedule it for a few months before your wedding, and create a detailed shot list for the day of.

Step 5: Engagement Session

It’s time to capture this special, fleeting season with beautiful photos! Your engagement session is a great opportunity to get comfortable with me and my camera and practice taking pictures together. Plus, you can use the photos for Save the Dates, wedding websites, and more!

Step 6: Cue the Wedding Bells!

The big day has finally arrived. It’s going to be great! I’ll get to your venue early to scout out the layout and lighting. Thanks to all the planning and prep we’ve done, you can simply relax and enjoy the moment while I do my thing!

Step 7: Gallery Delivery

I’ll send you a few sneak peek photos within a few days of your wedding to get you excited, then your full gallery will be delivered 4-6 weeks later. You can download, share, and print them to keep those memories encapsulated forever.

Pro tip: Plan a date night with your new spouse to look through the photos together and relive the joy of that day all over again!
